Companion Care

Description:
Companion Care provides emotional support, social interaction, supervision, and assistance with daily routines. Many clients, especially seniors and individuals with disabilities, may experience loneliness, isolation, or need someone present to help them feel safe and engaged during the day.

Our caregivers provide meaningful companionship through conversation, activities, reading, games, walks when appropriate, reminders, and supportive presence. Companion Care helps promote emotional well-being while also providing an extra layer of safety and comfort in the home.

This service is not only for clients who live alone. It can also support families who want their loved one to have regular interaction, supervision, and assistance while family members are working, resting, or managing other responsibilities.

Services May Include:

  • Friendly conversation

  • Emotional support

  • Recreational activities

  • Reading, games, or hobbies

  • Appointment reminders

  • Meal reminders

  • Safety monitoring

  • Supervision during daily routines

  • Walks or light activities when appropriate

  • Support with maintaining a daily schedule

Who Qualifies:
Clients may qualify for Companion Care if they live alone, feel isolated, need supervision, have memory concerns, have developmental disabilities, limited mobility, chronic illness, or require emotional and social support at home.

This service may also be appropriate for clients who do not need hands-on personal care but still benefit from having a trusted caregiver present.
