Our Alzheimer’s Care service is designed to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory loss, or cognitive decline in the comfort and safety of their own home. We understand that memory-related conditions can affect daily routines, communication, behavior, safety, independence, and emotional well-being.

Our caregivers provide compassionate support focused on patience, routine, safety, and dignity. Care may include supervision, assistance with personal care, meal reminders, medication reminders, companionship, redirection, help with daily activities, and support for families who are caring for a loved one with memory-related needs.

Alzheimer’s Care is especially important for clients who may become confused, forget daily tasks, wander, repeat questions, become anxious, or need extra support to remain safe at home. Our goal is to help clients maintain comfort, familiarity, and quality of life while giving families peace of mind.

Services May Include:

  • Supervision and safety monitoring

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Toileting and incontinence support

  • Meal reminders and hydration reminders

  • Medication reminders

  • Companionship and emotional support

  • Redirection during confusion or agitation

  • Support with daily routines

  • Assistance with mobility and transfers

  • Fall prevention and home safety awareness

  • Wandering prevention support

  • Help maintaining a calm and familiar environment

  • Family caregiver support and respite

  • Observation and reporting of changes in behavior or condition

Who Qualifies:
Clients may qualify for Alzheimer’s Care if they have Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory loss, cognitive decline, confusion, wandering risk, behavioral changes, difficulty completing daily activities, or need supervision to remain safe at home.

This service may also be appropriate for families who need additional support caring for a loved one with memory-related conditions, especially when the client requires supervision, daily reminders, personal care assistance, or emotional support.
